1. Does RCHelicopterShop.com ship to our country?

Yes, we ship worldwide since 2007 and we have a lot of experience in shipping parcels to customers from all around the world.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Once we have received your payment, we'll ship your package within 24 hours in general. On occasions (like items sold out or stock pending from suppliers), we may not be able to ship your package immediately. If it takes more than a week to stock your items, we will contact you by email.

3. When will I receive my tracking no.?

6. What should I do if the package does not arrive on time?

It usually takes 6-14 business days to deliver by regular airmail or 3-6 business days by EMS Speed Post to most countries. But this is just an estimated delivery time and it depends on the efficiency of your local customs and postal service, etc. Please note that it may take more than 30 business days to deliver by regular airmail. You may contact your local post office first as in most cases, the postman has failed to reach you for delivery. The package is waiting at the post office for your collection. Basically, your package is shipped by Hong Kong Post to your local post office no matter by normal airmail or EMS Speed Post. You may offline trace the package via the local postal service once the package reaches its destination country. Online tracking at destination is available for some countries.
